Fleur Verdigris Activator works on actual metal particles in the Fleur Copper paint to bring up authentic verdigris on the surface. It couldn't be easier to use either! Simply apply a coat of the Copper paint, allow a couple of hours for it to dry then recoat with another coat of Copper Paint. Once that has had an hour or two to dry you can apply the Verdigris Activator over the surface. The Activator can be ragged, sponged or sprayed onto the surface and will bring up a random verdigris effect over time.
You can experiment with different application methods and amounts to create the perfect finish for your project! Once your happy with the look of your piece if you want to stop any further oxidation and keep the look of your project then follow it up with a coat of the Fleur Anti-Oxidising Top Coat for Verdigris!
