Edible Gold Petals

These pretty, glittering petals are made from shredded leaves of pure edible gold (E175) or pure edible Silver (E174), with a flake size somewhere between flakes and the Delicatis petals. The petals vary in size from the majority being 3-5mm with some petals being up to and around 10-15mm in size. Unlike the flake these large petals are too big to use with any shaker but they're the perfect size to handle with our anti-static bamboo tweezers. Simply pick up the petals, individually or a number of them at a time and apply them as lush garnish or decoration! Even a small amount will have a dramatic effect, lending an air of abundance and opulence!
