Petals that are irregularly shredded from leaves of pure edible gold E175 to give a product that is larger in size than gold flake. Edible Gold Petals vary largely in size, the majority will be around 3-5mm with some being substantially larger, around 10 - 15mm. To apply them to food simply shake out over the portion of the dish that you wish to garnish or use a pair of anti-static bamboo tweezers to place them more accurately.
