Modern Masters - Sealer Effect is an all-in-one water base, clear non-yellowing, protective sealer and topcoat designed to work over Modern Masters Paint Effects that have been treated with Patina Effects. This innovative clear coat chemically arrests the oxidised metal finish, minimising any further corrosion, and then self-cross-links to create a weather resistant barrier. Sealer Effects dries into a tough, protective topcoat with a satin sheen.
