Delivery Updates

USA Deliveries update

Tariffs are now in effect for all exports from us to the USA. Once your item arrives in the USA you will be contacted by your courier of choice for any fees or duties due before delivery of the parcel.

Due to a change in trade policies there will be additional fees required to be paid to the US Customs authorities before your parcel is delivered. These will be due on your parcel no matter how small it is. We apologise for this, but it is out of our control.

Please be aware that tariffs are based on the country that the product was manufactured in. While most of our products are made in Europe and the UK, some are made in Japan and China. Some products, such as our Standard quality leaf, quality for the 145% tariff. We will do our best to contact any American customers prior to despatching their orders if they are affected. If we should send the order and it is refused due to customs fees we will refund the cost of the goods less the cost of the delivery and return costs once the goods arrive back to us.

EU Deliveries update

Due to factors outside of our control some parcels are taking longer to arrive. This usually affects orders sent using international post. In some cases in can take around 4-6 weeks for delivery of those orders. If your order is urgent we highly recommend using one of the express delivery couriers. Delivery times and costs vary based on location but most parcels will arrive within a week, if not sooner.

We currently deliver to the EU and many other countries worldwide. When you get to checkout you will get a choice of how you would like to receive your parcel. Lighter items have the option of shipping using Royal Mail's International Postal service. Heavier parcels, or that those that need a quicker delivery, have the option of delivery by international express courier.

Please be aware that there will be customs duties and taxes due on any order sent by us and you will have to pay this before receiving your order.

UK Delivery Updates

Our UK deliveries are currently handled by Royal Mail and other couriers. They are highly reliable and deliver most parcels within the expected timeframe. There may be some delays but they are infrequent. When you get to checkout our system will calculate shipping costs and options based on the weight and contents of your parcel.

  • The most reliable and quickest delivery will be with Royal Mail Special Delivery. These parcels come with a next-day guarantee for delivery, including delivery on Saturdays. They will always endeavour to deliver the following business day by 1PM (with some exceptions for remote locations or outside of the mainland UK).
  • Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are Royal Mail's fully tracked parcel services. They are highly reliable and generally delivery within either 24 or 48 hours depending on the option chosen. There may be some unintended delays.
  • For heavier parcels and those containing items which cannot go by post we use various next day courier services. Currently we contract with UPS, Parcelforce and DPD. They are generally very reliable and sim to deliver most parcels the following business day.

All orders received by 1430 will are processed the same day. Any orders that arrive after this time will be delayed until the next business day.

Product Updates:

Our suppliers are mostly back in action and we are not having to wait as long for stocks. It’s still an issue with some manufacturers as they have had to get back into production safely and also there is a shortage of certain raw materials so thank you for understanding that some deliveries can’t be as immediate as you are used to. Any goods from the USA are taking a longer time to arrive with us. Everyone is working as hard as they can to improve delivery times though so please bear with us.

As always stay safe.

Thanks for your support and understanding.
