Modern Masters - Primer Effect

A unique water base, acrylic primer designed to block Patina Effects & Rust Activator Effect from reaching the metal or wood surface chosen as a substrate. Other primers cannot be used because they allow the Patina Effects & Rust Activator Effect to penetrate through to the substrate.This will disrupt the desired patina colour and damage the finish by bringing rust or tannic acids to the surface.

For the best possible results we recommend priming the surface you intend to apply Modern Masters Effects Paint to with two coats of Primer Effect before painting.
