Kölner Instacoll System is a high-performance gilding system for the creation of high-gloss gilded finishes on interior and exterior surfaces.
Kölner Instacoll Activator is used to reactivate dry Instacoll Base layers and make them receptive for leaf again. Simply wait for the Instacoll Base to dry completely, then apply a very thin coat of Instacoll Activator and allow 5 - 10 minutes for it to dry. One the Instacoll Activator is dry then the surface will once again be ready for leaf to be laid.
