Groom/Stick is an invaluable tool for dry cleaning any sort of surface where water cannot be used. This innovative product was developed for conservators who needed to clean their books and documents of dust, mould and dirt without risking damaging the paper with moisture or solvents.
Groom/Stick is specially modified natural rubber and is made to be permanently soft, kneadable and strongly tacky. When pressed gently to a surface the rubber will conform to it's contours and it's natural tackiness will bond with the dirt, trapping it. Then the Groom/Stick can be peeled away cleanly, taking the dirt away with it. Ordinary rubbers break and crumble and leave behind debris when used but Groom/Stick will not break apart and leaves no residue or fragments when used.
