Quadratus is gold leaf (E175) that has been laser-cut into perfect miniature squares. These pretty squares are an eye catcher and add something special to the dish of the innovative chef. They can be sprinkled directly onto food using an aluminium shaker for flake or they can be placed using tweezers. If you wish to use an aluminium shaker to apply the Quadratis then you will need to purchase the shaker with larger holes for flake.
