Glaze Effects is a transparent, water-based medium that can be coloured and tinted with pigments and stainers to create beautiful decorative finishes such as distressing, marble, shabby chic, burnishing, colour washing, rag rolling and wood graining over a piece painted with Milk Paint.
Glaze Effects can be inter-mixed or layered to create custom colours. They may also be layered over one another to create deeper, richer looks. When layering colours always use a coat of topcoat between colours to prevent colour blending before finishing your piece with two to three coats of water-based topcoat.
