A cold patination treatment for imparting an aged, black effect on copper-based alloys and mild steel. The process is designed to be used by immersing the object to be aged in fluid, creating a blackened effect on the surface without etching it. After the item has been removed from the fluid and dried it will need protection, either from a wax polish or lacquer, as the surface is not rust-inhibitive.
Will also impart a dark grey finish to zinc.
Coverage - Approx. 10-12m2 per litre, when diluted
