'Back Up' Black is a solvent-based paint that can be used to 'back up' or cover over the back of gilding on glass to protect it from damage and wear. It dries quickly, in around 15 minutes, to a durable black finish.
This product comes supplied in a 60 ml tube of silk-screen consistency paint. This can be thinned with turps or white spirit for brush application.
