Thanks to it's paper backing you don't need any special tools to work with transfer leaf! The gold comes pressed to a sheet of paper, giving it a little tail that you can pick the gold up with. Using this paper you can press the gold to a tacky surface and cleanly pull the backing away to leave the gold behind! It couldn't be easier to use!

23.5ct Leaf will not tarnish in most applications. However, if the surface is to be handled or touched then it will need protection. We recommend sealing it with a high-quality sealer such as the Whitson's Universal Lacquer or Shellac Varnish, you can view our range of sealers here
