Genuine gold metal beaten incredibly finely to form gossamer thin sheets for gilding. This leaf is supplied as transfer leaf and each leaf of gold is pressed lightly to a piece of backing paper.
Our gold leaf is available in booklets of 5 leaves and 25 leaves.
18ct Gold leaf will tarnish over time if it is left unprotected. We recommend sealing it with a high-quality acrylic sealer, you can view our range of acrylic sealers here. It is not suitable for exterior gilding.
