A quality gilt varnish from Liberon, this varnish can be used in lieu of gilding to create metallic effects on surfaces. Due to it's liquid nature the Gilt Varnish is applied with a brush and is more controllable than the similar Gilt Wax, making it more appropriate for use on fine detailing. For best results apply on top of a Fontenay base.
Especially recommended for fine detail gilding.
