These pretty gold shapes are made from water-soluble, edible film that has been coated with genuine gold (E175).
Available in three pack sizes - Small ( approx. 250 cherry blossoms per jar), Medium ( approx. 1000 cherry blossoms per jar), Large ( approx. 3000 cherry blossoms per jar ). The Medium and Large packs have a perforation in the inner cap that matches the size of each shape to help control the flow of stars as you sprinkle them.
Each star is approimately 3mm in size.
