A pounce wheel is a sharp, spiked wheel that is rolled over the contours of an image to create a punctured outline of the image. The image can then be transferred to another surface for painting by laying the peforated image on the surface and then rubbing or tapping a pounce pad filled with pounce powder ( both sold seperately ) on top of the image.
