Brunswick Black Stop-Out

Brunswick Black Stop-Out Ref: 188/250
A quick-drying black varnish used for metal, particularly iron, stoves, fenders, and surfaces of indoor equipment. Because of its bitumen content, the coating is highly protective and the finish is attractive and reasonably durable.

Due to it's acid-resistance Brunswick Black can also be used in the glass etching process, the Brunswick Black will protect the areas it is painted on from being eroded whilst the glass is exposed to the acid and can be removed later to reveal the intact glass.
